This is a different model. You build your profile, propose your rate, and choose the shifts that fit your life — then facilities review profiles and send direct requests at the rate *you* set. You can also browse every open shift in your area and apply on your own. Two ways to get booked, both fully on your terms.

What we're looking for

• Active California CNA license in good standing
• Comfortable working in SNFs and assisted living facilities
• Reliable, professional, and ready to operate as a true independent professional
• Willing to carry your own COI (CNA policies typically run ~$60/year — our $100 loyalty credit covers your full first year with room to spare)
