Redstone Highlands is seeking dedicated and flexible healthcare professionals for our Short-Term Assignment Holiday Program. This program offers temporary, full-time opportunities to support our communities. We are looking for CNAs who are ready to make an immediate impact!

### What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to residents at any of our four Redstone Highlands communities.
• Work as scheduled on our master rotation, including every other weekend and Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Be available for reassignment to different locations or shifts as needed to meet staffing and resident needs.
• Attend and complete all required paid orientations and meetings.

### Compensation and Perks:

* Competitive Base Wage Rates:

+ CNA: $35.00/hour * Overtime Pay: Earn time and a half for all hours worked over 40 in a work week. * Holiday Pay: Receive double time for hours worked on designated holidays. * Paid Orientation: Get paid your base wage for all required training and meetings.

### Position Requirements:

* Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.

+ This position will be scheduled Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day * The position will receive overtime pay for hours actually worked over forty (40) hours in a work week. * Orientations, continuing education and required meetings will be paid at the wage rate in effect. Attendance at education sessions and required meeting will be scheduled by the Staffing Liaison or designee. * The position is not eligible for shift and/or weekend differentials. * The position is not eligible for employee incentives programs. * The position will receive double time for hours worked on the holiday date. * All shifts must be worked as scheduled. Absences or inability to work hours as scheduled may result in the end of assignment. One call off will reduce the wage to the SILVER rate. Additional call offs may result in the termination of the assignment and shift to the Per Diem Float Program Guidelines at the BRONZE rate. * Eligibility at the discretion of Director of Staffing and/or designee based upon reliability, performance, and teamwork. * The employee will then be ineligible for GOLD and/or any STA programs for two (2) consecutive master schedule periods
