CNA SPRINGFIELD FULL TIME CLIENT

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CNA interested in working in a home setting. In-home care is a great opportunity for CNA's looking for a flexible schedule and low-stress environemnt. In-home care with private clients is a wonderful alternative to traditional hospital and nursing home settings.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with activities of daily living

-Bowel routine, ostomy, catheter, passive ROM, mobility assistance with the use of device(s)

-Personal Care services - Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff - Monitor and report changes in patient health status - Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times - Collaborate with the healthcare team to create a positive patient experience

Skills

- Experience in home care preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Ability to lift and move patients safely - Strong patient service orientation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
