### Key Responsibilities

In this vital role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for:* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating * Providing companionship and emotional support to residents * Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met * Documenting and reporting resident observations to the care team * Adhering to infection control and safety protocols

### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

To be considered for this role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you should meet the following criteria:* Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment * Compassion and dedication to resident well-being * Excellent communication skills
