About the Role

As a Caregiver at Honorable Living Homes, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs while promoting their independence and well-being. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to bring comfort, connection, and care to those who rely on you.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. - Providing companionship and emotional support to ensure clients feel valued and cared for. - Monitoring clients’ health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members. - Helping with housekeeping and ensuring a clean, safe living environment. - Following care plans and maintaining accurate records of services provided.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - A minimum of 4 years of caregiving experience (working with challenging behaviors required).

- CBRF certification required in medication administration, fire safety, standard precautions and first aid & choking.

- A compassionate, patient and empathetic personality.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and their families.

- The ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting or assisting clients with mobility.

- A commitment to upholding the values of dignity, respect and integrity in every interaction.
