Companion Aide / Caregiver – Kent Island (15 mins from Annapolis)

Job Summary

Rachel Lynn, LLC Health Services is a licensed, nurse-owned Residential Service Agency seeking a dependable, compassionate Caregiver / Companion Aide for an active client located on Kent Island, MD.

This position offers a consistent, predictable schedule of 3 daytime shifts per week (6-hour shifts). We welcome applicants from both the Eastern Shore and Anne Arundel County (Annapolis, Arnold, Severna Park)—the case is located just 10–15 minutes over the Bay Bridge!

Key Responsibilities

Provide respectful companion care and personal care assistance. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and everyday living support. Maintain prompt, open communication with agency management and report any changes in client well-being. Provide reliable, punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven caregiving, home health, or companion experience preferred. Strict attendance reliability and professional communication standards. Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to Kent Island. Must be willing to complete a state-mandated CJIS fingerprint background check within 48 hours of a conditional offer.
