Our Caregivers enjoy some excellent benefits

As a Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client conditions to supervisory staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

A few must-haves for Caregivers

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid NM Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Highly preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (If applicable)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator
• Willingness to undergo training and certifications as needed
• Preferred *p*revious caregiving experience (a plus, but not required)
