Companion Caregiver (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Job Summary

Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver who enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of others? We are seeking caring and reliable Companion Caregivers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, non-medical support to clients in their homes.

As a Companion Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence by providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and emotional support in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with meal planning and light meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas.
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration).
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings when needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Deliver care with professionalism, dignity, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or companion care experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
