CRMA/CNA/PSS (Full-Time Overnight Shift)

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers with a CRMA (Certified Residential Medication Aide) certificate, CNA (Certified Nurses Aide) certificate or PSS (Personal Support Specialist) certificate for full-time overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents in an residential living environment. Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely according to established protocols and medical documentation standards.
• Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in health status, reporting any concerns promptly to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Support residents with dementia or memory care needs by implementing specialized care plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to HIPAA regulations, safety protocols, and emergency procedures during overnight shifts.
• Ensure facility is clean, sanitized, and ready for morning operations.

Requirements

• Certification as a CRMA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Certification as a CNA or PSS is required.
• Experience caring for people with dementia is preferred.
• Experience in residential care facility or assisted living settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential.
• Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts.

Pay: $18.67 - $22.29 per hour

Experience

* Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
