Daytime Caregiver – Private Duty (Experienced Caregiver/CNA Preferred)

We’re looking for an experienced daytime caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing attentive, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

● Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

● Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility as needed

● Monitor and document blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose

● Observe for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly

● Prepare light meals and encourage hydration

● Assist with exercises, walking, and daily routines

● Maintain a clean, organized environment

● Complete caregiver documentation each shift

● Support clients with dignity, patience, and respect

Qualifications

● Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience

● CNA or equivalent experience preferred

● Experience with diabetes management and vital signs strongly preferred

● Dementia experience is a plus

● CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

● Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

● Excellent communication skills

● Dependable, observant, and able to work independently
