Direct Care Staff/Caregiver

```Job Summary``` We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support and daily supervision to teenage girls. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

```Duties``` - Provide direct support and care to teenage girls - Assist with activities of daily living, which include very interactive outings in the community which include swimmimg, movies, dining out etc. - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules

- Maintain a clean and safe environment

```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Must be 21-yrs of age -Be able to pass a background check - First aid certification is preferred (Will provide training) -Have obtained a high school diploma or GED equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Valid drivers license
