We’re looking for caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to join our growing team!

Position Summary

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), also known as a Caregiver or Direct Care Worker, you’ll help adults with disabilities live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll provide daily assistance, encouragement, and support while building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and personal care)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help individuals participate in community outings and activities
• Support clients in developing independent living skills
• Administer medications and follow care plans (training provided)
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment

✅ Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Experience as a DSP, CNA, or Caregiver is a plus (but not required — we provide paid training!)
