For our DSP role we are looking for individuals who are able to be very hands on in supporting and working with our residents. This position requires high energy, stamina and strength in addition to great patience and ability to support individuals needing a higher level of behavioral support and care. The PM DSP position will offer you the opportunity to jumpstart your career in healthcare as you provide *physical care and companionship* to our residents after you have successfully completed our paid training.
