Havenwood Homes is a boutique residential memory care community seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to lead our clinical operations.

Unlike traditional large, assisted living facilities, Havenwood provides individualized care in an intimate residential environment with just 14 residents.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Director of Nursing who is passionate about dementia care and wants to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities include

• Overseeing resident clinical care and assessments.
• Supervising and developing our LPN, CMA and CNA team.
• Coordinating with physicians, hospice, and outside healthcare providers.
• Overseeing medication management and clinical documentation.
• Maintaining NJ DOH regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Communicating with residents' families.
• Developing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
