We're looking for a visible, approachable clinical leader who brings professionalism, sound judgment, and a calming presence to the nursing team—someone who builds trust, develops people, and confidently navigates the day-to-day challenges of long-term care.

An ideal candidate will offer

• No less than 2-5 years of proven expertise serving as a Long Term Care DON, preferably in a medium-large sized SNF (100-150 beds).
• Current/recent experience successfully serving in fast-paced rehab setting, also with a passion for the Memory Care resident.
• Must have a can-do attitude, with a servant heart, and be proactive and forward-thinking.
• Must also have an active, unencumbered OH RN license.
