Our agency is in need of an aide to staff an overnight shift case for a lady that is 92 years old with Dementia for the following schedule:

3 days a week 9pm-9am( Sunday 9pm-9am, wed 9pm-9am, Friday 9pm-9am)

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to ensure their comfort and hygiene
• Monitor patient health by observing vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; report findings accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral support strategies
• Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts; perform heavy lifting as needed to prevent injury
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs while maintaining proper food safety standards; assist with laundry and light cleaning to promote a healthy environment
• Document all patient interactions and medical records thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards
