Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional patient care across various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home health environments. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, those with developmental disabilities, and patients requiring memory or hospice care. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patient conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed instructions and medical documentation protocols
• Measure vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature
• Support patients with medical procedures such as catheter care and Hoyer lift transfers
• Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning to promote a safe environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, especially those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• Follow infection control procedures diligently to ensure patient safety and hygiene standards are upheld
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in medical records for continuity of care

Skills

• Proven experience in long-term care, home health, or hospice settings preferred
