Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonus

Spring Oak Tri-Cities is seeking an experienced Executive Director / Assisted Living Administrator to lead our assisted living and memory care community in Petersburg, Virginia. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and drive operational and financial performance.

* Lead daily community operations, maintaining high standards for resident care, service, and safety. * Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team and staff. * Promote a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care. * Manage community financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, labor costs, and expense control. * Drive occupancy, census growth, and revenue in partnership with the sales and marketing team. * Maintain regulatory compliance with Virginia assisted living requirements and ensure survey readiness. * Build trusting relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners. * Address concerns promptly and provide hands-on support when needed. ### Qualifications:

* Current Virginia Assisted Living Facility Administrator (ALFA) license or Virginia Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required. * Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (LALA) candidates must hold the applicable Virginia administrator license. * Proven leadership experience as an Executive Director, Assisted Living Administrator, or comparable senior living operations leader. * Assisted living and memory care experience preferred. * Demonstrated success in team development, employee retention, and performance management. * Strong financial management skills, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and labor management. * Experience improving occupancy, census, and community performance. * Strong knowledge of Virginia assisted living regulations and survey processes. * Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year * Quarterly performance bonus with annual earning potential of approximately 10%–15% of base salary Compensation & Benefits * 401(k) with company match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Great Place to Work® Certified: March 2026–March 2027
