We are a locally owned Home Helpers Home Care agency serving seniors throughout Central Orange County. Our mission is simple: help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while building lasting relationships with both our clients and caregivers.

About the Role

We're looking for dependable caregivers who value consistency, communicate well, and want to build lasting relationships with clients. We strive to provide longer, more predictable schedules whenever possible.

• Prefer longer 8-12 hour shifts

Immediate opportunities available for experienced caregivers with weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship
• Transportation/errands when needed
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Dementia support (when applicable)

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time opportunities
• 4-hour minimum shifts (no short drop-ins)
• Consistent weekly schedules based on availability
• Opportunity to build into higher-hour cases
• Many of our caregivers grow into ongoing 20-40+ hour weekly schedules as new clients are added.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years caregiving experience preferred
• Strong reliability and communication (non-negotiable)
• Confident working independently in clients' homes
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
