Overview

FirstLight Home Care is actively hiring experienced CNAs and HHAs who are passionate about providing quality in-home care to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Promote safety with fall prevention and mobility aid
• Prepare meals and keep client homes clean
• Drive clients to medical appointments and errands
• Maintain detailed care documentation and abide by care plans

Requirements

• Active Minnesota CNA license preferred
• Two or more years of direct caregiver experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle and dependable transportation required
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Smartphone with active service enabled for scheduling and communication
• Ability to fulfill caregiving duties with or without reasonable accommodations
