Poway, CA Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

We're looking for a Full-Time CNA to join our PM nursing team. The PM shift is essential to maintaining continuity of care, ensuring residents receive the same level of attention, support, and quality care throughout every part of the day. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Take and document vital signs
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the care team

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to work the full-time PM shift schedule
