Poway, CA Schedule: Per Diem | Weekends Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour

We're hiring a Per Diem Weekend CNA to provide exceptional resident care as part of our weekend nursing team. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility while making a meaningful contribution to resident care and the overall success of the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nurse
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Document care accurately and according to facility policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable weekend availability
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care in a fast-paced environment
