Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Newborn Caregiver to provide compassionate and attentive care for infants in a peaceful environment. This role requires a nurturing individual with experience in infant care and a strong commitment to safety, health, and well-being. Relevant skills include: parenting or nursing experience or experience working in health care environments. Comfort with digital reporting and documentation is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required to develop a professional and trusting relationship with the families we serve. Responsibilities

Provide attentive newborn care, including feeding, diapering, playing, and soothing
Assist with developmental activities and age-appropriate stimulation
Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to daily cleaning and sanitization practices.
Support parents with professional, timely documentation related to the infant’s daily feeding, diapering and sleep schedule.
Adhere to all safety guidelines including CPR, first aid, and infection control procedures

Experience

All applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED and pass a complete background check. Candidates should have prior experience in newborn or infant care, ideally within a child care setting or as a parent. Experience working in caring fields such as hospital nurse aide, nursing homes, assisted living, group homes or care of individuals with special needs is highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate patience, compassion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
