Full-Time Overnight Caregiver

Welcome Home of Chattanooga Overnight Manager Job Description (Updated April 2026) Summary The Overnight Manager is a full-time position (36 hours per week, typically 3 overnight shifts). This role requires experience in caring for individuals who are dying and reports to the Resident Care Coordinator or Director for guidance, concerns, and program development. This position includes being the on-call staff member during scheduled shifts. Holiday coverage is shared on a rotating basis among staff. Training will be provided during orientation.
