Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors and providing personalized care in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Assist residents with medication reminders or medication assistance according to Washington State regulations and delegation, when applicable
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social engagement
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the Registered Nurse and other team members
• Treat all residents with dignity, patience, and respect

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Eligible to pass Washington State background check requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
