Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Care Assistant

Rock Cove is a 30-unit assisted living community in Stevenson, Washington. We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our team.

What You’ll Do

As a Swing/Night shift Care Partner, you will provide hands-on support that helps residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining services
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment
• Support resident engagement and activities
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA or HCA certification (Washington State)
• Compassion for working with seniors
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a small community setting

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift, assist, and support residents as needed
