What We’re Looking For

• Home Health Aides
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

What to Bring

• HHA Certificate or CNA License
• CPR Card (Accredited school like Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Physical - Within 6 months - must say "free of communicable diseases"
• Clear ACHA background
• Liability Insurance
• ID Card
• Social Security Card
• In- Services Needed - Domestic Violence, Assisting with Medication (2hrs), Cultural Diversity, Alzheimer's (3hrs), HIV, Infection Control and Neglect/Exploitation
