Home Care Aide/Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA's, Medical Assistants and In Home Care Aides/Caregiver to provide essential support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience in senior care and be skilled in assisting individuals with daily living activities. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Help clients with mobility, including lifting or transferring them as needed.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in nursing home, home health, or hospice care is preferred.
• Familiarity with senior care practices is a plus.
• Ability to assist clients with physical tasks, including lifting when necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation as needed.
• Must pass background checks and be registered or able to register in Guardian as a Home Care Aide.
• TB Clearance
