Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
• Medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Support individuals with disabilities by providing tailored care based on their unique needs
• Document daily activities and any significant changes in client condition

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Must obtain HCA license
• Drivers License
• Proof of car insurance
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pass a DOJ/FBI criminal background check
• Negative TB test result
• Recent health screening by physician
