What You'll Do

As a Home Care Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non-medical assistance that enhances each client's comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Helping clients safely move around their homes and assisting with transfers
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying, and organizing living spaces
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Observing and reporting any changes in a client's physical or emotional condition
• Following individualized care plans and agency guidelines
• Completing required visit documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications

Applicants must

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Applicants must also meet one of the following:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• STNA or CNA certification/license
• Completion of an approved caregiver competency evaluation program
• At least one year of verifiable caregiving experience

*A high school diploma or GED is preferred.*
