Key Responsibilities

• Home Caregiver: Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as companionship and emotional support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Home Caregiver: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Passion for providing exceptional care and customer service.
