* Home Health Aide Certification is required, or must be able to complete course within 3 months from date of hire. Must comply with NYS requirements of a Home Health Aide.

Physical Requirements

* Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 lbs. for force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. * Occasional balancing, climbing, crouching, typing/clerical/dexterity, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, reaching, repetitive motion, seeing/monitor/computer use, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, walking. * Occasional fit tesing.

* Occasional bodily fluids/bloodborne exposure and chemical
