Starting Rate: $255.45 per day

Refer another HHA and coordinate a case together.

Splitting a live-in case can be a great way to work with someone you know while providing consistent care to the client.

Responsibilities

* Assist with personal care and activities of daily living * Provide medication reminders * Prepare meals * Perform light housekeeping * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities for driver assignments * Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the client

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of HHA experience * Valid NYS HHA Certificate * Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for driver assignments * Clean driving record preferred * Physical exam within the past year * PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past 5 years * MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
