Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County!

HHAs with a valid driver's license are strongly encouraged to apply!

Reliable transportation is a major plus for our live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including

• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support

REQUIREMENTS

----------------

• Minimum of 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid New York State HHA Certificate
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Physical exam completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
• Valid driver's license strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred
