Temporary 30-Day Assignment | $16–$20 Per Hour

Victory Home Care Agency is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team for a temporary assignment at an assisted living community in Avon Lake, Ohio.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping others, takes pride in providing quality care, and understands the importance of treating every individual with dignity, patience, and respect.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals and other personal care needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' needs or conditions.
• Follow established care plans and facility procedures.

Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED.
• Previous caregiving or HHA experience preferred.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
