Requirements

· Ability to pass Level II Background checks and work-related references

· A CPR certification conducted IN-PERSON

· Access to reliable transportation with the ability to travel to the surrounding areas

· Driving License and Valid Auto Insurance Card

· Cell Phone with Reliable Service

Job Description

· PCA/HHA/CNA’s are instructed by our Registered Nurses through a Plan of Care, made specifically for each individual patient.

· Help with ADLs in the comfort of the seniors’ homes.

· Caregivers aid in personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming.

· Light housekeeping to ensure a safe living environment.

· Other tasks consist of (but are limited to) meal prep and transportation. Provide ambulation and transfer, medication reminders, companionship and socialization, and general housekeeping for the client.
