*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* *(Including, but Not Limited To)*

• *Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal care*
• *Provide companionship and emotional support*
• *Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping*
• *Provide Medication Reminder as permitted by the care plan*
• *Assist with safe mobility and transfers, including Hoyer Lifts when required and properly trained*
• *Help clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life*

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

• *Must be 18 years or older*
• *Valid MASS Driver's License/Reliable Transportation*
• *Willing to travel*
• *HHA or CNA Certificate*
• *2 Professional References*
• *Physician Statement: Up-Dated TB Vaccination/In Good Health/No restrictions*
• *Must Pass a CORI*
• *Homecare Experience Preferred*
• *Dependable, Flexible, Compassionate*
• *Active E-Mail*
• *Must have a Smart Phone w/ Internet Access to complete required EVV clock-in and clock-out procedures*
