Home Health Aide/CNA

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. In the Grundy County and surrounding areas.

This position is for PRN.

PAY IS PER VISIT. $28 per visit

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Assist with clients personal care activities (bathing)
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises

Skills

• Proven working experience as home health aide
• Ability to monitor vital signs
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Current CNA certificate (Required)
• Current CPR certificate (Required)
• First Aid training
• Valid driver’s licence (Required)
• High school degree

Pay: $28 per visit
