We are looking for caring, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration unless authorized).
• Escort clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or PCA certification (preferred, depending on assignment)
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Ability to pass:
• CORI Background Check
• Reference Check
• Employment Eligibility Verification
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)/ EHR systems for medical documentation
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
