Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Description

AGAPE Family Healthcare Services is seeking a dependable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care to a patient in Covington, Georgia.

This is an urgent staffing need under a Workers' Compensation referral. The selected caregiver should be available to begin services as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal hygiene and bathing assistance.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers as needed.
• Provide general personal care and support.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition.
• Follow the established care plan and agency guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS/First Aid certification obtained through in-person training.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Social Security information for employment documentation.
• Willingness to complete all onboarding paperwork.
• Willingness to complete GCHEXS fingerprint-based background screening.
