Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities

* Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing * Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities * Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise * Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN * Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) * Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly * Perform light housekeeping tasks

Home Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications

* At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred * Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75‑hour Nursing Assistant course * Must be at least 18 years of age
