What is required to be a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) at Zeabe?

• Delaware HHA Certification or CNA License *(preferred — we will consider applicants with long-term tenure at previous employers)*
• At least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience
• Valid Delaware driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 20 consistent hours per week
• Smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test
• Someone who takes their commitments seriously and shows up when they say they will
