Home Health Aide (HHA)

Duties: - Provide direct client care - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and household chores; dishes, laundry, and or errands. - Provide companionship and emotional support to client - Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client condition to the healthcare team - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

-Morning Hours M-F

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - CPR Certified or willing to acquire. - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients, families, and healthcare professionals - Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
