Home Health Aide (HHA)

*This is a PRN position, $25 hour and $0.625 a mile*

*Area coverage Dickinson and surrounding areas.

Signature Health Services is a home health agency located in Baytown with 30 years of excellence serving Houston and the surrounding communities. We are currently looking for *certified nurses aides* in the our Houston service area.

We are looking for candidates with

• Strong Work Ethic
• Active Texas CNA certification
• Current Texas Driver License, Auto Insurance, and CPR
• Verifiable past employment and references
• Home Health experience required
• Kinnser experience required
• Willing to drive the territory
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Essential Job Functions:- Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care- Provide necessary skills to assist the patient with safe transfers and ambulation per Agency policy.- Provide necessary skill to appropriately report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to patient to ensure continuity of care.- Practice accepted infection control principles.- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.- Provide environment that promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property.- Provide necessary skill to assist the patient with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.- Provide skills necessary to perform treatments and procedures according to agency policy.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
