Home Health Aide (HHA)

Open Arms Home Health Care - Council Bluffs is seeking a part-time home health aide (HHA) to provide basic patient care for home health patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) The position is for a single practice location in an assisted living facility in Council Bluffs. The current employment opportunities are for part-time home health aides as follows:

Part-Time

3pm - 11pm, 3-4 days per week with a rotating Saturday obligation.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY

$1.50/hour for any 2nd or 3rd shift. $1/hour for any weekend shift. For example, a weekend 2nd shift would have a shift differential of $2.50/hour.

This position would be ideal for a nursing student or college student with an interest in serving the elderly population, a part-time home health aide who wants to work in an ideal environment and add hours (one location and low acuity clientele), a person who wants to learn the role and pursue a rewarding career, or a person with a flexible schedule and open hours. This advertised position is at The Rose of Council Bluffs so that there is no community travel involved as is the case with other home health care positions.
