Home Health Aide (HHA)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide comfort, emotional support, and companionship to patients, especially those who are bedridden, ensuring their well-being and a sense of security.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including tasks in the patient’s room, bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and other common spaces.
• Ensure that all care activities are carried out in accordance with the patient’s care plan and needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best care outcomes for patients.
