Home Health Aide

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide exceptional in-home care to clients across diverse needs. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote dignity and independence..
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper methods such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts; assist with mobility and positioning as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed and client needs are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living/nursing home settings with geriatric or disabled populations.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a home setting.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, assist with patient transfers, and provide hands-on personal care assistance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between client locations; reliable transportation required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
