• School hours 9am-3pm Goes to school all year but has short breaks. Commute to school is an hour to and from clients’ home. School is in Hershey PA.
• At home hours are also available for after school from 4:30pm to 8:30pm

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following

• Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygeine, apllication and removal of splints etc.) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
• Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
• Safety and Supervision
