Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care and assistance. This role requires a blend of practical skills and emotional intelligence to ensure the comfort and safety of those under your care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands (as needed)
• Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to supervisors

Skills

• Experience in providing patient care with a focus on compassion and empathy.
• Ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients safely.
• Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic living space for clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
