What You’ll Do

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide personalized care that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
• Support medication reminders and basic health needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation (HIPAA compliant)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA or HHA certification (75-hour minimum)
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or assisted living
• Knowledge of basic patient care and medical terminology
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Experience with memory care or developmental disabilities is a plus
